Bill McCormick is the Business Development Manager Packaging at Holland Colours Americas, where he leads growth with brand owners, compounders, and recyclers across the Americas, focused on sustainable colorant and additive solutions for plastic packaging. With over 28 years of experience driving organizational growth and an earlier stint with Holland Colours, Bill rejoined the company in 2024 to expand strategic relationships and accelerate packaging initiatives tied to PET and rPET. In his current role, Bill translates customer needs into validated value propositions and drives commercialization plans in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams. Recognized as a strategic sales leader and collaborative problem‑solver, Bill brings a transparent, customer‑first approach and a track record of delivering positive measurable, sustainable growth.

Bill holds a Certificate in Sustainability Studies from Cornell University. He is a member of ISBT, has previously presented at The Packaging Conference, and has lead Holland Colours' webinar activities pertaining to the packaging industry.
