Sean is a Managing Principal and leader of the Cresa Portland office. His solution driven approach is always client-first and collaborative-supported with over 25 years of industrial experience including transaction advisory, capital markets, and build-to-suits. Prior to joining Cresa, Sean spent over 15 years as a Development Partner with Panattoni Development and a Senior Director at Cushman Wakefield. Sean has an extensive background in industrial, manufacturing, and complex projects, particularly in ground up projects. Harnessing this background for the benefit of occupiers and tenants is one of Sean's primary goals.
