Michael brings over 40 years of project management and development management experience servicing North America. Architecture graduate from Ryerson University. Project and devlopement management experience including a large portfolio of diverse occupier facilities projects, including medical device manufacturing, plastic molding facilities, light industrial, hi tech, corporate office, Government agencies and consulates, retail, restaurant, hospitality, financial services, complex manufacturing, laboratory, and administrative facilities.

Michael focuses on building a strong team environment and develops strategic planning to the success of all projects. He has established a record of long-standing achievement in project leadership, project scheduling, budget containment, project execution, and quality control. Michael has been the principal of two construction companies, senior project manager of another, and the lead of a large developer’s design-build division. His mandate is complete client satisfaction and the continuance of client future relationships.
