Historically, in-person training sessions were the foundation of technical trainings, offering hands-on experience and direct interaction. Online trainings gained popularity during the pandemic; however, they were just replicating the in-person sessions in virtual format, often with reduced engagement and effectiveness. This shift highlighted an important insight: the need to explore more the blended learning concept.

In this session, we will explore the evolution of technical training through the use of technology, reinforcing the blended learning concept with complementary methods that enhance the proven effectiveness of in-person training.
