Dr. Karsten Fritsch holds the position of Business Development Manager, Thermoplastics in REPI since 2017 overseeing new developments related to thermoplastic polymers with a focus on recycling solutions for the Group. He is a Chemist by education, started his professional career at the Central Polymer Research at HOECHST AG in Frankfurt to move then to the R&D of its polyester division. At Invista he covered multiple technical and commercial functions in the PET division, to become then business leader for specialty PET resins.
