Liz Mellone is Vice President, Packaging Innovation at Colgate Palmolive Company, responsible for new and innovative packaging development across all product categories involving a wide range of technologies. Under Liz’s leadership, Colgate’s packaging innovation team has built a pipeline of sustainable and people-focused innovations. She developed a number of packaging solutions for Colgate’s portfolio of Oral Care, Personal Care, and Home Care products. Recent successes include Colgate Exlir using the patented dreamtube(TM) technology an innovative line of beauty-inspired oral care products, and the rollout of Colgate’s first-of-its-kind recyclable tube.
