Cancellation/Substitution Policy

“Early and Regular Registration" may be reassigned at any time. Alternatively, a refund may be requested before January 12, 2024 with a $100 cancellation fee.
"Exhibitor Registration” may be reassigned at any time. Alternatively, a refund may be requested before January 12, 2024 with a $150 cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event the entire Packaging Conference 2024 is cancelled, registrations may be carried forward to TPC 2025 and reassigned to a different attendee, or refunded less a processing fee of $60. However, The Packaging Conference (MXI Conferences, Inc.) does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

To obtain a registration fee refund you must notify The Packaging Conference and receive a notice of confirmation.
