Terry is responsible for the leadership and development of ARP’s R&D and advanced engineering teams as well as leading sustainability and innovation initiatives while advancing capabilities in material science, manufacturing machinery and process, computer-aided design, finite element analysis, product lifecycle management, and rapid tooling functionalities. Terry is a dynamic leader with a Research and Development career that spans nearly 20 years. He has a unique skillset capable of balancing business objectives, customer needs and company capabilities to deliver long term sustainable solutions. Under his leadership, his teams have qualified hundreds of products into the marketplace. Terry continues to lead ARP’s industry leading light weighting strategy and product development road map that helped generate breakthrough technologies in light weighting that demonstrate the packaging innovations and advancements ARP customers demand. Terry has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
