Sneha has been part of the oil and gas industry for over 20 years and has built expertise in strategy, licensing, and business development. She joins Plastic Energy from BP and latterly from Ineos. For the last 10 years as a senior leader in BP petrochemicals, she was responsible for growth and expansions of licensing business globally. Her responsibilities also include new technology commercialization. She has led and delivered multimillion dollar projects including grass roots company owned projects, joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestments. Prior to joining BP and doing her MBA, Sneha worked as a Research Chemist with Waste Management Inc. in Chicago. Sneha has an Honours M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from University of Bombay and an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago.
